VG+/VG+ a couple of light hairline marks to vinyl but nothing serious, some very minor background surface noise at the start of the track but nothing overpowering, the rest plays great. small price tag to front of sleeve otherwise in nice shape

Wonderful one off new age oddball synth-pop Belgian obscurity on the missleading private 'Our House' label. Highly recommended!
